[JEDI para XE 10.1 Berlin]

Olá,

rodando aqui 100%, Delphi 10.1 Berlin Starter Edition com JCL e JVCL.

Encontrei a solução (parcial) no fórum do Lazarus:

The JEDI JVCL suite on sourceforge did not work for me from the command line any more. So I used the binary installers prepared by Andreas Hausladen on the Embarcadero Developer Network (membership is free)

a) for the JCL installer for 10.1 Berlin, go to cc.embarcadero.com/item/30553
b ) for the JVCL installer for 10.1 Berlin, go to cc.embarcadero.com/item/30554

Após instalar, o pacote, deu erro pra abrir o pacote JvDBDesign240.bpl:

Just got my hands to the Delphi Berlin Starter. First problem I faced was that I can’t compile the DB packages for the JVCL. So I checked what’s wrong. It appeared that one of the packages requires ADORTL (JvDB and JvDBDesign). So I removed the require clause for it and then adjusted the files and it compiled successfully!

So to make it working for the Starter edition do the following:

• Remove the ADORTL from requires in JvDB.dpk;
• Remove the JvADOQuery uses in JvDBReg.pas;
• Remove the TJvADOQuery and TJvADODataSet component registration from the Register procedure in JvDBReg.pas.
