Hello everyone,

 

  I'm working in a Mexico company where we need to integrate our new logistic system over Brazillian legal requeriments.

  We have to implement the receipt process of NFE and I have two questions:

 

   - Can I download the NFE from SEFAZ directly? or

   - Is the supplier the only entity that can send the NFE to us? 

 

  The purpose of this question is to automatize the receive process of NFE using mail, ftp or any technology that can be use in our integration platform.

- Can I download the NFE from SEFAZ directly? 

Depends of the state, if the state implements the download of NFe webservice, yes, but you need send a event called  "Manifestação de usuário" before to download XML.     

 

- Is the supplier the only entity that can send the NFE to us? 

Is mandatory the supplier send to customer the XML from NF-e

In general, all points related to automatic logistic processes looks like complex compared to other legislation processes around the world.

My last question about it, has Sao Paulo  implemented the event ("Manifestação de usuário") as you mentioned in your response?

Yes São Paulo implements this event, you even have a free app for that, see more at this link:

And, Have I got the possibility to use this functionality for B2B?

As I can see it's only for desktop environment.

I sent the link to the free app only to see and understand, the free app is for desktop environment.

To use with a B2B you need to implement that using webservices.
