Italo, para testar o envio EPEC a alteração sugerida por você está sendo necessária pois, sem ela, dá rejeição dizendo que a tag Dest está incompleta. Como atualizei o ACBr hoje 21/07 verifiquei que ainda não subiu para o SVN. Não sei se há mais algum colega testando o EPEC da NFe e seu obteve sucesso com o fonte da forma como está. Precisamos de mais gente dando feedback a respeito. No fonte do ACBr, antes do LoadFromFile não seria possível salvar modelo/versão anterior e depois do LoadFromFile setar novamente esse modelo/versão anterior? Darlana, acabei de enviar uma NF-e versão 3.10 com tpEmis = 6 Contingencia SVC-AN ambiente de homologação e UF do emitente = MG. Está enviando e autorizando normal. O que observei no seu xml é que a data/hora de contingência parece ser inferior à data/hora de emissão e saída. o indFinal do meu xml é 0-Não é consumidor final e o seu é 1-Consumidor final. Faz um teste aí alterando esses dados.

É pra variar é isso mesmo. Eles soltam as NT, marcam datas, não liberam o ambiente de homologação pra gente testar com um prazo de antecedência, muitas vezes liberam o ambiente de produção sem o ambiente de homologação estar funcionando corretamente. E a gente fica procurando erros que não existem em nossos aplicativos. Perdendo tempo e paciência.

Com certeza estão emitindo por algum tipo de contingência (SCAN,DPEC,FSDA). Muitas empresas tem o formulário especial FSDA. Agora, essa historinha de que outras empresas estão conseguindo tirar notas também pode ser jogada do seu cliente.

A Central de Atendimento sempre responde aos e-mails, desde que eu tenha enviado os xml.

Central de Atendimento de MG = [email protected] Acredito que os demais estados também tenham um email próprio. Para você receber atendimento da Central obrigatoriamente tem que enviar os xml.

Acho conveniente aguardar a resposta do SEFAZ antes de alterar o componente. Enviei os xml´s para a Central de Atendimento.

Se o que origina o CT-e são Notas Fiscais, ele está fazendo errado. Tem que declarar as notas. A multa pra isso é alta. Esse seu cliente deveria estar enquadrado no regime especial de emissão de CT-e Global.

Fiz um novo teste enviando CNPJ, IE do destinatário corretos, mas também não deu certo. Continua o mesmo erro acima. A Central de Atendimento diz que só poderá verificar o erro através do xml do evento. Só que não consigo gerar o xml do evento.

Italo, tentando com uma IE válida também não dá certo. Diz que a tag <dest> está incompleta de acordo com o schema. Mas todos os campos do layout estão sendo informados. Debugo o aplicativo até a hora de montar o xml e todos as tags estão preenchidas. a tag idEstrangeiro está vazia porque a ocorrência é 1-1 então tem que ser informada mesmo sendo vazia. dest.UF = MG dest.CNPJ = 99999999000191 ---> estou enviando em ambiente de homologação dest.idEstrangeiro = '' dest.IE = 702386...... ---> é uma IE válida. Aqui já tentei mandar a tag vazia, com ISENTO ou ocultar a tag. são somente essas as informações de destinatário que constam no layout. Após isso, vem a tag vNF = 273.20 vICMS = 0.00 vST = 0.00 Todas as informações conferem com o xml de envio da NFe com tpEmis = 4

Pessoal, alguém está conseguindo realizar os testes de NFe por EPEC? Estou com rejeição na IE do destinatário. No meu caso o destinatário não tem IE e eu não informo a tag dest.IE no evento, mas mesmo assim o componente gera a tag com conteúdo vazio.

Acho q vc está confundindo tpEmis com tpEvento No EPEC tpEmis = 4 tpEvento = 110140

Estou realizando testes. Um dos erros é com relação à IE do destinatário. Segundo a NT 2014/001 "informar a IE do destinatário somente quando o contribuinte possuir uma IE. Omitir a tag no caso de destinatário ISENTO ou não possuir IE. Estou informando assim (primeiro gero o xml normal com tpemis = 4 e depois com os mesmos dados do xml gero o xml de evento) Somente declaro a tag se a IE do destinatário for diferente de '' ou ISENTO If (ACBrNFe1.NotasFiscais.Items[0].NFe.Dest.IE <> '') AND (ACBrNFe1.NotasFiscais.Items[0].NFe.Dest.IE <> 'ISENTO') then begin infEvento.detEvento.dest.IE := ACBrNFe1.NotasFiscais.Items[0].NFe.Dest.IE; end; Porém o componente está sempre gerando a tag IE vazia e isso está gerando rejeição ao enviar o EPEC

Obrigada pela resposta Italo Para gerar o EPEC, embora o EPEC seja um resumo, devo gerar um xml completo e depois (para efetivar o EPEC) enviar esse mesmo xml? Ou devo gerar um novo xml com tpEmissao = 1 e nova chave de acesso? ou seja para enviar EPEC -> gero xml da NFe/Valido/Assino + gero xml do evento/Valido/Assino + imprimo DANFE em EPEC da NFe + imprimo protocolo do evento EPEC para regularizar o EPEC -> envio o mesmo xml da NFe + imprimo DANFE regularizado da NFe

Nos demos da NFe e do CTe não foi implementado o Envio EPEC. Como ficará esses passos? 1-Envio EPEC 2-Consulta EPEC 3-Efetivação EPEC quando o sistema estiver disponível 4-No caso de não conseguir efetivar um EPEC por não envio em 168 horas ou por algum outro motivo, como cancelar ou desfazer o EPEC?

Os únicos componentes extras que uso são o ACBr e o QuickReport 5.02. Sempre que instalo o Delphi do zero, não copio pastas. E sempre me certifico de não existirem pastas ref a Delphi. Tá realmente confusa a coisa aqui. Estou agora tentando instalar tudo em um notebook que tbém nunca viu Delphi na vida, porém está com XP e não tem antivirus. Vamos ver...

Régys, as orientações que você passou eu já havia feito. Inclusive fiz isso em uma máquina que não tinha o ACBr instalado (essa máquina foi formatada e só tinha o Delphi puro instalado + o quick report 5.02) Nela, instalando pelo ACBrInstall.exe também deu os mesmos erros. E não instalei nela nada manualmente. Foi tudo pelo ACBrInstall (tanto é que fiquei sem esses 3 componentes porque tive que desmarcá-los para que os demais fossem instalados). Por isso acho que tem algo incompatível no instalador.

A sugestão do Leonardo funciona (colega, você salvou meu dia! Obrigada!). Instalando manualmente na ordem: synapse.dpk,ACBrComum.dpk,ACBrDiversos.dpk, ACBrSerial.dpk e PCN2.dpk e somente depois executar o ACBrInstall.exe (deixando reinstalar os componentes acima), todos os componentes instalaram com sucesso. No entanto, no ACBrInstall.exe, acompanhando a instalação dos componentes, vi que eles já são instalados nessa ordem. Então, por que funciona na instalação manual e não funciona no ACBrInstall? Régys está dando erro sempre ao instalar ACBrSerial.dpk, ACBrPAF.dpk e ACBrMDFeDAMDFeQRpkg.dpk Desmarquei o ACBrPAF porque não uso, mas mesmo assim ainda dá erro nos outros dois que eu já uso há muito tempo. Isso começou de 03/2014 pra cá. Sempre que atualizo, tenho que desmarcar esses 3 componentes. Os demais instalam normalmente. Já vasculhei meu micro em busca de bpl, dcu e outras pastas que possam conter ACBr. Executo o ACBrInstall.exe como administrador (uso o maldito Windows 7). Já baixei ao mínimo o nível de usuário. O usuário que uso tem todas as permissões de administrador. Pior, o simples fato de desinstalar todo o delphi não resolveu o problema. E mesmo colocando a pasta ACBr fora da pasta de Arquivos de Programas não funcionou. Só acrescentando: desativei firewall do Windows, mas uso o TrendMicro corporativo em todas as máquinas (mas esse antivírus uso há alguns anos, antes de começar a usar o ACBr, e nunca tive problema com instalação de programas) log_Delphi_7.txt
